Corolla 1.6 GLI 2013, Fuel average and service guidance

I own a 2014 model 1.6 GLI for 2 years Now having ODo at 92000. During this time i only had to get its oil and filter changes at regular intervals and got break service once. I have 2-3issues that i want to get guidance about

1- its fuel average in city is around 8 and on long routes its around 12 ( not crossing 130) . Is that fine or do i need to get it checked? And what can be issue?
2- It still runs fine but does not feel as smooth as before. Don't know may be its in my head only is there any thing i need to get it checked for?
3- since i never needed any checkups for this, shall i now go for a detailed checkup ? at TOYOTA motors? To be 100% sure And what aspects shall i ask them to check for ?
Like fuel pump or any other things like this?

If your car is auto then that mileage seems ok to me.
Get the wheel balance, alignment, suspension bushes, shocks and springs inspected.
You can use obd2 tool to examine engine and all sensors working.

I can bet you, the engine feels rough because it needs a new timing chain and tensioner.

Have u ever changed the automatic transmission fluid?
Which grade oil u use?
Is car giving check engine light?
Have u ever changed spark plugs and cleaned throttle body?

Didnt get transmission oil changed but got it checked at almost every visit by Filter house staff and on my last visit, i was asked to get it changed on next visit( comming visit).
I use mobil 10w30. No warning lights, spark plugs were fine according to my local mechanic

Yes it is 4 speed auto
