Corolla 1.6 loosing coolant

I have checked several times
Can't trace it

First there was no water overflowing from the reservoir but when i got the radiator serviced it started then

That's normal level. Coolant level slightly lower then that is also normal. It you will fill it to the top mark then some of it will flow out. Coolant level never stays at the full mark at all.
That's not reduction at all mate. We would have called it reduction if coolant level would have touched almost bottom of reservoir bottle.

Plz replace the radiator cap. Same problem i had faced

Normal hota to i wouldnt have paniced
If i dont fill up 2 3 days approx 100 ml is gone

But problem is still there
The only thing left is thermostat valve

Inspect everything carefully try to find dry coolant stains. How old is radiator? Aluminum corrodes n weakens. Are grooves strong enough to be pressed again? Was original radiator gaskit used during service, how was it sealed again? At times leaks r as small as a drop n they evaporate

That looks normal. Like the other members stated, it's never quite there at the high level mark. Besides, I lost coolant in my corolla too, a 2019. Simply topped it up with the pink SLLC . Hard driving for extended periods of time might reduce coolant levels. Otherwise, I can't simply fathom why coolant levels should reduce.

Please inform what pressure radiator cap is appropriate for Altis 1.6 (1ZR FE). 88 kpa or 108 kpa?
