Corolla 2.0D 2006 white smoke and shaking at cold startup along with blowby

Assalam o Alaikum, I am in a confusion regarding my corolla 2006 2.0D. It is with me for a year now and it has greater than 400000 on it's ODO. In cold starts it emits thin white smoke for a while and shakes then stables after a while, plus very thick black smoke on high acceleration. I am doing regular oil changes using Rimula R2 suggested by the mechanic who is the regular mechanic of this car before even i purchased it. I once went for injectors+pump service but he didn't put a hand for that and said the engine is very weak and in this situation, nothing can be done except overhaul. He also suggested to detach small black pipe that goes into air filter and put it loose to the ground as it emits black oil sometimes, To avoid the black smoke on acceleration. Please guide me if i should trust him and go for the overhaul? and where should i buy genuine overhaul parts so the engine should last longer without issues? I also checked for petrol engines from Kacha stop in Rawalpindi. He asked for Rs.160000 for 1.6 engine with auto transmission used in i think axio. He himself suggested the engine and said they install these engines in corolla 2.0d. Body of my corolla is in genuine only doors are showered. So i want to keep it valuable. (I'm getting 13 km/L milage within local and at around 17 to 18km/L on long routes )

Black smoke means rich fuel mixture...

Any oil reduction?

Which oil you are using? (Oil grade)

Overhaul it... i didn't suggest to buy a kabili engine... properly overhauled engine is as good as new engine....

I didn't think engine is very weak... do compression test to confirm...

Thank you brother for responding. Thick black smoke on high acceleration. Dipstick has oil just below the handle as well. For the mixture settings, I asked a mechanic to check the injectors and told him the situation. He said while looking at the engine and taking dipstick out, the engine is weak so he will not open injectors. Oil I'm using is Rimula R2 Red bottle 15w-40. Please recommend if i should go for overhaul and how to make sure that i will get good parts that last longer without issues. @dani_kk @rajaatta @Xulfiqar

Sorry for the confusion, I mean the blowby. Black oil coming up on dipstick when engine is start and dipstick is taken out to check the blowby. Engine does consumes oil, approximate 1 litre oil is consumed on ~2500km running. No oil leaks.
