Aoa, I have corolla 2003 Gli manual which needs assembly replacement due to chamber broken. I want to convert it to auto one. Need advice if this is possible and is there any significant impact on performance. Need experts advice pls.

yes possible.
what happened to your engine?
to keep it clean do change the complete wiring to auto.

According to mechanic some engine rod has broken inside and damage the chamber. Is there any pickup or fuel average issue afterwards ? And probable cost for this change if u can advise.

just the usual differences of auto and manual, like little less mileage and pickup.
a nice swap will cost you 150~200k with engine.

U need to change quite a bit with help of an expert shop:
Engine mated with autobox
Complete uncut wiring with ECU
Cluster
Gear shifter with cables
Pedal assembly with ignition switch assembly
Radiator
Axles

Better get hold of a front halfcut and do swap.
Gud thing i feel that u can install an ABS unit aswell
