Corolla 2010 Gps and Navigation system touchscreen problem

One day i was listening songs on it and i went into the settings and maybe changed some settings and now the touchscreen is not working........it only works in radio mode but doesn't perform any other function no matter where i touch it just change the band....changing band mean FM 1 to FM 2 then FM 3 like this
i'm very worried guyz help and quick ....i also tried pressing the reset button but still not working

These low quality chinese touchscreens usually give up quickly. I had the same problem and I was quoted 5k to replace the touch system. Instead I sold the Headunit on PW and got a brand new rockmars one for 11k without gps.
