@faizan7891 Have the codes read. The 'tick' you described is a classic symptom of a bad starter module. However, the DTC will be able to uncover the real cause of the issue. It is cheap to read the DTCs at any reputable shop, possibly free as well. There is no need for an additional relay and it is, at best, masking the underlying situation. If the starter relay itself was replaced, check if it is the OEM relay. Failure of the prior relay maybe due to issues on the control side (Load side - Did you have a faulty starter? How did you figure that one out?) of the starter relay all the way from ignition to grounding issues. Have it diagnosed. If the new relay, provided it's of OEM spec, fails again you have a problem.
Get that code before a monkey resets it.
BTW - A relay is just an electromagnetic switching mechanism to activate higher-order equipment. Your car has a number of them for different purposes under the fuse box located in the front passenger side of the engine compartment. I believe your Corolla has a printed diagram for relay desc and locs on the underside of the fuse box.
