Corolla(2016-17) headlight adjustment

AOA brothers. I seriously need advise and help. I removed the halogens (yellow) bulbs from my car's headlights and installed white LEDs. The brightness was good however a lot of incoming traffic was getting bothered so i took it to my mechanic to lower the beams of my headlights (the low beam). He did it but now the lights were not even. I took it back and he did further adjustment but I am not satisfied. The lights are not in straight line now i can feel and see against the walls. Can any1 suggest if LEDs are scattering in nature and halogens are more balanced or is it that the headlights are messed up now ?

Any person who can do them professionally in karachi. The dealerships are not entertaining since they are closed after evening hours.

Leds won’t work in low light halogen reflectors, they scatter a lot. Leds only work better in projector housing or in high/fogs. You made a mistake of installing them in Low. Reinstall halogen in low, shift leds in fogs, fix adjustment again from dealership!

I have morimoto 2 stroke led which coste 130$ pair, and even that doesn’t work in low halogen reflector.

I have modified h9 65w halogen bulb to fit in h11 55w low light by help of @KeiWorks12

Sir. I have heard the same from another person. So halogens are to be put but do dealerships adjust? Dont we need them to ne adjusted during nights ? And dealerships are closed at night. Or shall i do them myself using the adjuster screws ?

If you know how to do it than you can do it yourself at night by keeping the car 10-20 feet away from plain wall.
Dealership do adjustment with machines, well some of them have it. Even good hids work better in low beam, but leds won’t work at all.
If you’re a automotive lightning enthusiast than you should check what’s @KeiWorks12 is doing.
Forced me for projectors and now i’m going to fit bixenon morimoto projectors in low beams of my 1.8cvt soon.

I got the lights of my 1.6 and Grande 2016 adjusted a couple of times from dealership (Toyota Islamabad Aabpara) during day time. They face it to a wall and do it in two minutes. Did not charge anything for the jobs.

Okay so i removed the leds and installed back the oem halogens.

For white halogens shat do u recommend ? Osram night breaker unlimited ? I want to install white halogens not leds this time. Bad experience.

Well you can use the H-11 LEDs in your fogs or sell them. As far as white haolgens are concered do have a look on these.

If you can spend some money like 25-30k and want cutoff beam in low even better than germans than I can help you with that as well. As i’m also going for this setup. There would be bixenon projectors in low and high would have led.

Went to dealership for headlight adjustment. Well the level has been adjusted with halogens on .... but the lights are being lifted from left .. i mean they are not on straight line .... is that how they are ? Im attaching a picture (hand drawn) just to explain what I mean ..... the guy who was adjusting said thats how they are

In my view that's correct. But let's ask @haseeb.basharat

Yes that’s perfect! These things are called as light cutoff pattern. This one is called as ECE pattern light for low light so that more light stay towards left side and less light stay on right. You will not disturb oncoming traffic in such way.
If you are talking about dot pattern or straight line which is attached here than that can only come from a projector. Photo of dot pattern and ece pattern is here

Yep, i got furious after seeing them .
It’s a pity when people spent 28lacs on car, and they have spent money like 50,000 on lights; Moreover, they are freakin lhd.
Well, i’m also going for something big in my car.
Morimoto mini h1 7.0 rhd bixenons (picture for reference).
