Is there a way to add this functionality to my car? Panic button installation as well.

You probably could do it but it's going to either be too expensive for what it is or be cheap but not very long lasting. Maybe someone with experience getting this done can help.

You should go to an electrician and ask about it and then make your mind.

Not sure what you mean here, but see before mid of 2016 Corollas didn't come with an immobilizer. Till then only the 1.8 variants had a trunk opener and remote unlocker. After they started installing the immobilizer then the gli and 1.6 altis also got the remote. So if your car is not a 1.8 variant and older than 2016 and you bought it used the previous owner probably got an aftermarket alarm system installed in the car and the trunk opener won't work

we bought it new in 2015 and it has a button in remote of trunk opener and when i press it there is very slow sound coming from stearing wheel side and thats it.
