Corolla Altis 1.6 vs Grande vs Honda Civic Prosmatic Oriel 1.8

Which one is the best option keeping in mind the actual performance of the car, its price and other features of the car. I had a plan to book an altis 1.6 although i am in love with the sexy shape of civic. But financial constraints dont allow me to opt for civic. But now after looking at the price of Altis 1.6 i am really confused as to which option should i opt. I am going to have this car for a good time of 5 years.

Go for civic oriel..no match with corolla in performance,handling,drive,shape and features. Civic is far ahead

I own corolla grande cvti 2015 currently and after testing against my friends 1.8 civic oriel 2017 and other similar 1.8 category rides is that corolla not only has more pick but due to a better cvt gear box it reaches top speed faster than the civic oriels sluggish cvt gearbox.

If your looking to buy a car solely based on performance its corolla if you want something more stable on turns and corners go for civic. Both rides have good brakes not much difference but civic is easier to maneuver in high speeds.

And please dont compare corolla 1.6 with these two that can be compared to a honda city 1.5 not these.

Grande all the way, more value for money, civic is only advised if you can wait 8 months, and are only gonna use it on paved roads.
Just an FYI, civic has comparatively low ground clearance, is cramped inside, and the seats are ridiculously low

Another option is to go for 2016 9th generation Honda Civic Oriel.

Why not consider the cruisetronic version instead of the 1.6 altis version.

I dont see any value addition in buying cruisetronic as i mostly travel within lahore.

Civic is good as long as you use it on paved roads. I have two civics in my family and I absolutely hate their suspension. Its hard and goes bad in no time. However there is no match when it comes to Drive and feel and has that "class" factor. People still go wow over it.

Corolla is a tough car with a creamy suspension. By tough I mean it has a tough suspension. It is made for Pakistani roads. However it is not so classy. Alot of people still think its a paindu and a jatka car.

1.6 is value for money because it is at that sweet spot (after facelift) between 1.3 and the 1.8 counterparts.
