Corolla Axio Fuel Average

I have recently purchased Corolla Axio 2007, the car is very responsive with its own engine. I did swap the meter cluster with Luxel Model to see the fuel average information.
After washing the throttle body, spark plugs service, air filter service, oil and filter change kixx 20-40 4 ltr,, cat converter cleaning with acid, using 16 inch alloy wheels
I have used high octane but I am disappointed to see that it is only giving me 7-9 /liter in the city.
Need your precious opinion and thanks in advance

Use 10 30 or 5 30 oil.
Calculate average manually meter sometimes doesn’t show correct reading.
Yar grande x doing 11 to 12 within city this should also do atleast 12 to 13

First thing first... Stay away from people\mechanic who recommend 20-40 oil grade

There must be a white sticker under the bonnet that mentions recommended oil grade for ur car.. it would be most probably be 5w30

Next, have you ever changed transmission oil?

Thanks for the response,I have not done 2000 Km after oil now as it is my second car,
I have never changed transmission Oil my self
This is the report I have got in a recent scan

It is doing 4-5 km/l in city now with ac during summer
