Which year model is the vitz? be it winter or summer, it shouldnt make noise. You can bring it in for an inspection. Did you ever open the tierod end and checked the free play?

Sometimes it appears like chee chee and most of the times it remains silent. It is not usual dug dug sound of suspension. It is like chee sound appears on breakers or turning sometimes. All suspension checked by toyota ans they said nothing wrong and blamed it on witners

Well the rubber bushing have become hard probably. Short-term solution is applying silicone spray

Yes and apply that on stabilizing bars bushes after lifting the car on jack. They're the culprit.

Dealership don't wanna do a lot of work on your car for just two stabilizing bar bushes. As whole suspension will come down just to replace 1500rs bushes. In my case they were the culprit for similar sound.
They're the common culprit here. As fellow pakwheeler suggested, try applying silicone spray to stabilizing bar bushes. Just to give you an idea stabilizing bar have bushes in the center. It joins the lower end of one side Z link to another side.

Also check exhaust pipe, any movement in it can also leads towards hideous noises.

Number 12 is the bush.

And you will find it on such bar.

This bar is called as anti roll bar, stabilizing bar or in our country balance rod.

Well basically problem is a slight suspension lose feeling not even sound...this is only in rough road but after new tyres it has decrease maybe old tyres had become too hard.
I might pay you a visit for suspension inspection soon.
Alignment guy told me everything is okay and no bush wear and tear etc...maybe he just wanted to get alignment done.
Well i hope you will find the main culprit and avoid unnecessary work

In my case they are telling to open whole suspension and making huge bills while the issue is hardly noticable...but my father wants the car to be error free.

the main problem with usual ustads is they tear down everything without proper diagnosis.
my brother had brought a zero meter Civic which clocked 260,000kms with tours all over punjab when road conditions were bad. The only things replaced to keep the ride noiseless was control arm bushing and outer tie road ends only. Never opened the steering rack, here I see steering rack opened up at 100k like a standard practice.

Yes you are right.
Well my corolla ODO is 130k and still no issue in steering rack and suspension just a little rattle maybe of some bush.
