I've decided to book Altis 1.8 CVTi or Altis 1.6 in the near future. But after reading through this thread I've gotten even more confused to whether to go for the booking or not.
Go for 1.8 Cvti. Will get it in six to eight weeks max. Altis 1.6 deliveries are in Dec and as noone buys in Dec consider it Jan 2017. There are remote chances of a facelift. Even if facelift comes, you can sell you ride just before the facelift hits and book the facelift. Low milage used Corollas are in great demand and sell above invoice price.
They sell above invoice price but still I'll have to bear the registration, WHT and insurance cost
Even that is recovered and insurance can be shifted to new ride or can be refunded. That is the charm of Corolla
100% agreed. This facelift looks pathetic.
What is the process of cancel the booking or extend ur delivery? Just for info not going to surrender mine

Contact your dealer or IMC helpline. I think cancellation charges are two percent.
Any update on facelift?

No signs yet
Toyota always launch facelift after three years in Turkey new model was launched in 2013 and facelift in 2016 and in Pakistan it was launched in 2014 so facelift in Pakistan will be launched in mid 2017 as was the case with previous facelift. So for now enjoy this model....its beautiful:)
Any update?
Facelift booking will start in the end of 2016, and facelift corolla will be on streets in 2017 march or april,

At least 100,000 to 200,000 price hike too with the facelift
Yeah, maybe but not sure about' price, Just confirmed from toyota showroom about release date of facelift
I really hate this price hike thing. If prices would increase, I don't think anyone would go for grande. I wonder why they have made an obligation of increasing prices whenever a new model or facelift arrives -_-

I dont think that price would increase as it is just cosmatic changes as i have found on net. May be 20-50 k at max.
If i temember correctly, 10th gen facelift was launched with same price tag?
uhh no, it's not a simple face-lift. There will be new features added too..just wait.
Booking will NOT start at the end of 2016. Expected launch is after July 2017.
