it will never be the same in pak
so all those who are waiting n discussing the uplift rest assure it will merely have the outer look matching to this
rest IMC hasnt given the hid with dlr headlamps and recently given the interior add ups like climate con dual bags ets

so if u waiting new uplift like the one launched in turkey or russia
it will ve those kind of features(if at all the come) by end of 2018 or whenever the new corolla model will be launched as thats the time when ppl stop booking recent models and wait for new model
to boost up sales and get rid off on going model indus will give some special variant like grande and add all features so relax buddies and enjoy the recent model with all its goodies

I too wanted to wait but booked Grande late July and expecting this month. There is a hint of facelift as Thailand is going to launch it soon and mules are being tested therr covered in stickers, so Indus can launch it after sometimes when it is on sale in Thailand. Plus Indus has also launched Xli LE in Gli colors and lcd+reverse camera with previous 1.8 LCD because for immobiliser they used a new LCD in 1.8 and 1.6. So this also indicates that they are trying to clear existing shape for the facelift which will be launched as 2017 in Pakistan.

Since it would only be a superficial change and that too would come with price hike, I decided to go for the current Grande which has got enough features now and I cannot be without a big car for more than two months.

My cousin booked Gli which was to be delivered in nov. He was informed about facelift in feb by dealer due to friendship. So he cancelled and rebooked by paying extra charges with delivery in feb.

I was about to book a limited edition xli but stopped and now booking a Gli in November. Should I go ahead and book or wait for the facelift given it launches in jan/feb 2017???

Hi guys
There is hardly any dent in the sales of corolla by civic x. So IMC is not launching the facelift anytime before July Aug 2017. Autophile u have taken a good decision to go for current Grande. As i myself got the delivery of Grande 2 weeks back. This news is authentic as i have talked to a guy in the senior management of IMC.....so plz enjoy ur rides till then....
