None taken. But in our atmospheric environment, a soiled engine is going to wear off parts sooner than you could conserve. In other countries people don’t need to even wash their cars for six months straight let alone an engine.
But I will back you up in the case the engine has been tampered with loose or exposed wiring joints.

reminds me of a friend brand new pkdm alto back in 2012.

it was 25 km driven, and had only one rubber seal on top of gear box and by removing that seal with your nail you can literally finger the gear box LOL....he got the new car washed from f-11 attock pump and the gear box was history.

I havnt faced any problem I dont know what kind of phobia people have with regards to engine bay washes. Washing an engine bay is safe as long as you know what youre doing.

I am getting my 7th gen civic washed with pressure washes + degreaser + surf excel + what not as I like to keep the engine bays sparkling clean and I havnt faced a single problem Alhamdolilla. I have been doing this since last 10 years on the same car.

I am yet to see a method where you can clean an engine bay upto the mark with a duster.

Made a small hyperlapse of the changing of springs, the whole procedure took just 1.15hrs and 1,500/- and work done was very good
