Corolla GLi Low Milage. Unable to find reason

I have 2015 Corolla gli. I am having problem since months. Long self to start. Strong Petrol smell when start. Fuel avg 8.5. I have changed plugs, injectors, fuel pump, oxygen sensor. Also got it computer diagnosed two times. It shows all sensors, everything ok. I have spent thousands but no result.

Please suggest what to do now?

What plugs are you using?
Kabuli injectors? Why did you change them? Did you flow test them?
Kabuli fuel pump or brand new?
Kablui O2 sensor? What is the operating voltage on the O2 sensor?
Have you checked the MAF sensor?
Did you check for burnt or stuck valves?
