Corolla GPS Installation?

Hello Friends,

I've Corolla Gli 2012 and i installed Dellson DV788 touch lcd.But i don't know how to install GPS Navigation in it?There is a GPS/SD card slot.Can i install GPS in SD card?

are u sure its a gps enable unit? most these units have gps card slots but unless the shopkeeper told u it is gps enabled, it will have nothing behind the slot and your sd card is most likely to fall into the player.
if it is a gps enabled unit, u need to get maps from a map provider and they will install it for u

First confirm if the head unit has a GPS antenna, and if it is available in the one you bought.
Next, find out which company provides the GPS. As in Pakistan, normally Trakker nav does it. You can get the software from there.
Or you can get a pirated copy, all you need is the software in the SD card.

Once you enter the SD card with the GPS software, just press the GPS Button, and it should work InshAllah:)

GPS SD card slot means - a map card for GPS can be inserted. a GPS module is rigged into the assembly ready carefully read the specs of equipment if it says GPS { 4 channel / 8 channel / 12 channel }- gps engine or gps board integrated only then it is GPS enabled euipment and will work

From where i can get pirated copy do u have one?
Can i simply copy that to simle sd and insert i do have gps antenna

Hi Dear!

Actually you have to place a copy of (Primo Navigation software + maps) in SD card.
2ndly you must have (GPS Receiver + GPS antenna) in your System.
if these exist in your system you press 'Navi' button it will work.
Otherwise you have to give path for running of Navigation software.
