Do you know how to adjust the fuel potionometer which is located near the intake filter box? Can I adjust by myself so the petrol average get improve? It is there in place of O2 sensor as these gen cars are not equiped with O2 sensor.

CNG wiring is creating many problems which are not there if I disconnect the cng wiring and connect original injector wiring, the car start without any hesitation.

But because of bad petrol average we don't want to shift. Also I don't any exhaust gas analyser in Karachi who will set the potionmeter correctly. Is there any way I can adjust it myself?

I have done the compression test from a very advance mechanic shop. He also have equipment for cleaning catalytic converter and all the advance equipment like launch endoscopic camera, launch injector cleaning machine, launch obd2 diagnostic tool, etc.

Cylinder #1,2,3 showing 175 psi dry
Cylinder #4 showing 150 psi.

But head gasket has leak as engine cap has mayonese and when he take out the pcv hoses and spark plugs water was there.
Also I am planing to replace the head gasket at the end of this month.
Engine acceleration and idling everything is perfect.
One more thing I ask him to also perform wet test but he was hesitant to do it and was saying if oil enters cylinder the car will not start.

Compression is good but headgasket blown.

No I am in Karachi and I went to Energy Zone. Previously they only deal with cng kits but now they are expanding and importing advance equipments

Keep in mind gasket was replaced in January 2019 but was not successful
Because of good compression and head gasket blown, it means the leak is between coolant and oil port not between cylinders. I have found that on google.

Yes bro everything is previously discussed in this thread but it is confirmed the gasket is blown as there is mayonese and drinking lot of water like I have to add 1 liter after driving for around 1 hour with traffic.

Welch plug is also called freeze plug.

There is another leak from thermostat area but that is very small leak that will also be fixed when doing the gasket job

as you mentioned the head gaskit job was done 11 months ago it seems head is also warped and not seated correctly. I know energy zone guy Hilal they recently ( in 2019 ) added some fresh diagnostic equipment. if convenient please see if you can get head gaskit job done again. from a better workshop. all coolant seeping points shall be plugged repaired before head gaskit is redone. Make sure have theromostat valve in slot and fan working on auto. Use coolant after 100 km test of head gaskit replacment.

My understanding is that wet reading will only help proving oil consumption. But nothing to do with blown head gasket

I know Jameel bhai there. I think he is the owner. He suggested a workshop in Dohra Ji where I have already visited and this time I will try him. The guy look knowledgeable.
