161k driven cant you rebuild the engine ? I rather say to swipe with 1NZ which comes in 10th gen corolla if you really wish to do a swap.
TBH, se saloon with 1.3 engine, is not giving me a nice feel. Why dont you say bye bye to this car and get corolla x 2007?
and if you are getting corolla x engine, then also get corolla x breaking system for your se saloon to improve breaking system. What if, after you swap engine and make mind to sell the car. Will she get you decent money?

For the first 10 years it was not driven like maybe at max 50,000 kms and was serviced from Toyota 3s but after that it was driven much more but I was not involved in maintainence as I was not interested at that time so don't know how it is maintained. The body still looks very good but the engine...
As it was run with water which may have caused rust inside the block and the thermostat area is rusted also and leaking aswell.

Else there was no other issue like idling or any sensor fault. Even the transmission was running perfect. Acceleration is fine. No missing.

But as you see price for 1zz and 3zz has not much difference with 1nz complete setup so I went with this as we don't have any plans to sell this car. So I think in long term 1nz setup will serve better than 1zz/3zz swap.

It is not confirmed that it will be corolla x enginebut he said maybe
It is not important that the engine from which model as this engine comes in many models in Japan
The only thing it should be a clean and less milage engine
Also I don't have any brake issues with this car. Brakes are MashaAllah perfect

It comes with both. Get warranty from kabariya for atleast 20 days. And check compression asap, then pour total quartz 9000 5W30 fully synthetic with Toyota Pink pre mix coolant. Get it done from someone sensible.

Cvt has can bus wiring. Not easy to wire up.
If you get uncut wiring then you can go for it.

For auto tranny use Toyota Genuine ATF. Non other than that.
