no not at all am a rhino skin. it seriously feels bad
when members fall trap to mechanic stupidities. i'd suggest read all tips every member have contributed technically, print all read carefully. ask questions here and hold for feed back.
the mechanic must know you may not be practically expert but yes you got an edge and he can not throw sand in your eyes and rob.
whatever is the deal you made and advance payment done, JUST HOLD ON to it till such time engine is started next do the compression test wet & dry before finalizing for road test.
if compression reading at any cylinder is under 170 psi wet. decline & replace the engine. no more payment.
it is your money your car and you shall get the best result.
