Whats the exact issue in wiring ? and how this gear is behaving ? Bro you need to be present on their blood head and ask for every single issue which is coming out. And look at them what they are doing.
The decision should be yours. Other thing, dont waste time. find any proper electrician and discuss with him. DOnt let them to play with your car. DOnt take any risk or any alternation which might make things difficult to get back previous wiing etc. And if you find them saying or discussing that lets give a try or will see that what gona happened if we do this or that. just stop there and get new one.. I am not that expert but to make thing easier for other experts. please share whihc ECU is installed now. Mostly likely there is some calibration issue.
And whats about the compression test? Which engine oil did u put it ?
