Spray pattern was ok when we tested the injectors on different settings for 2 hours

You know, I already get my vehicle scanned at torque garage one month ago. Got the injectors cleaned through their ultrasonic cleaner machine and tested the injectors on Launch. Only on one injector, it was having less amount sprayed than others but difference was not too much.
Also I replaced the fuel pump also at that time. Now maybe these were affected previously and now they will not be this bad

Cleaning toyota injectors in ultrasonic bath actually damages them and they flow more than normal afterwards.

Lots of issues arise like cold start roughness, sluggish power etc.

Dont do the test with car parked,

Drive around and log the pids, ask torque garage if they are aware of cleaning the combustion chambers on a running engine..

You are using torque? Its refresh rate is dependant on the dongle you use, and on toyotas generic dongles have a dead dog refresh rate.

Looks like kabli engine is showing it's class. A class where it starts burning oil. Keep a closer look and see oil burning is visible on sides probably once you smell it, it would be burnt oil smell.

With full electric load (without AC but full blower), the car idle at P is 500 to 550 rpms at operating temperature. Why the ecu doesn't know about electrical load?

Because everything has to be a closed loop inorder for everything to work perfectly, something which local mechanics usually ignore, hence most swaps have lousy consumption

Monitor the iacv on load and without.
For pid your best bet is mobile application. As such pids are bit encoded.
