I am using corolla Altis 2013, Car takes long to start and whn it start it isnt seems to be in full power till 2 seconds. Immediately after that it starts normally but if I try to start it after 30 mins or more it again takes long time
seems to be fuel pump issue
Bad fuel pump
I got fuel pump replaced multiple times, and now I also changed the whole unit, the one which has fuel pump and filter. But problem remains there. My mechanic says it is still pump issue and we will replace it with someone else’s car’s pump
Got replaced recently as mentioned in other comment
No point in changing whole assembly sir g. I think perhaps Zulfiqar sb can help.
@Xulfiqar
it can be wiring or plumbing related issue.
You need a fuel pressure test.
Are you changing assembly with scrap parts?
Changed it with toyota orignal assembly, and new denso pump.My problem is similar with following
Did you check for fuel pressure with a gauge?
Did you check for injector leak?
I haven’t checked for both, will do it now
So you are completely fine with your mechanic experimenting on your car with your money?
Not completely fine, but we some terms so now I am pressuring him to make car fine without any further money
My problem is exactly same as of mentioned issue above in comments. Idk if I can get to contact author of that post. If there could he some way it might help
Don't forget to check also your spark plugs.
