!!!!! You should consider engine rebuilt by a professional person not a cool looking work environment. If environment helps toyota workshops would be full for rebuilds.
So where do you want the engine to be rebuilded?

For now my car's engine is going good i don't need any type of services thanks a lot brother i want to visit a workshop which is equipped with complete tools and all the required stuff i have visited many workshops in Rawalpindi but find Hyundai near sawan is best than other their charges are also economical someday will visit u and @dani_kk in sha Allah .

Then you should not worry about the services.
Take good care of your engine and when needed get it repaired until then workshops would be upgraded enough. People in pakistan hesitate to pay a proper diagnostic fee to a diagnosers and search for top of the line workshop which is impossible for both scenarios. Either they has to pay high price for just equipment showing and should compromise the diagnostics.

Yes it is but mostly ppl are being looted by the poor services of ignorant mechanics and there are some dhakkan on this forum who guide new ppl in a wrong way

If you are robbed by same class of mechanics then you should not consider every technician to be same.

I think everyone can judge between professionals and noobs except people like you who consider the person (serving them chai paani, talking nicely) to be professional.

Bro the problem is the that the people using that much old car don't have excessive money and budget. If they would have they have changed the car already. So people keeping old cars don't have that much space to give high fees to workshops.
