i was also in same confusion, but finally opted for Corolla X.....still waiting for my car,already paid the advance.
i think there z only difference of back view camera and OEM LCD.and price difference is about 50000 to 1lac.

40th anniversary has wooden two tone interior, comes only in 1500cc and has RPM meter.

dats insane...
Govt gave the relaxation of import of 5years old cars,so that prices may get lower a little bit.
but here the matter is reversed...
