1. Isolate yourself from news about the virus. (Everything we need to know, we already know). Or if u want to hv any info then plx read from authentic sites... CDC or WHO can help u..

2. Don't look for additional information on the Internet, it would weak your mental state.

3. Avoid sending fatalistic messages. Some people don't have the same mental strength as you (Instead of helping, you could activate pathologies such as depression).

4. Maintain discipline in the home by washing your hands, putting up a sign or alarm for everyone in the house.

5. Your positive mood will help protect your immune system, while negative thoughts have been shown to depress your immune system and make it weak against viruses.

6. Most importantly, firmly believe that this will pass and that the universe is in the hands of God. God of love and not of punishment.

فرض کریں یہ ہفتوں سے مہینوں اور پھر سالوں پر محیط ہو جاتا ہے۔
اللہ الصمد (اللہ بے نیاز ہے)۔ ہے کوئی اللہ سے پوچھنے والا؟ اس کے فیصلوں میں دخل اندازی کرنے والا؟ یقینا کوئی نہیں ۔۔۔
کیاپھر بھی ہمارا رویہ ایسا ہی غیر سنجیدہ ہو گا؟

ابھی ہم زندہ ہیں۔ ابھی ہم وائرس کا شکار بھی نہیں ہوئے ۔ ابھی ہم دنیا کی رونقوں میں واپس لوٹ جانے کے لئے پر امید ہیں۔ اور ہونا بھی چاہیے۔ کیوں کہ "لاتقنطو من الرحمتہ اللہ" کا یقین بھی غالب ہے۔
ڈر خوف اور احتیاط کسی بھی غیر یقینی صورتحال یا خطرات (کرونا وائرس کے شکار ہونے کا خطرہ) کے لئے ہوتے ہیں جبکہ تیاری یقینی اور اٹل (موت) صورتحال اور واقعات کے لئے ہوتی ہے۔ کیا ہم فراغت کے ان دنوں میں تیاری کا سوچ رہے ہیں۔
آج زندگی رنگین ہے ، کب سنگین ہو جائے کون جانتا ہے؟
بات لمبی ہو گئی لیکن غیر ضروری قطعی نہیں ۔
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی ہمیں مہلت کے ان دنوں میں مزید غفلت سے بچائے۔ ہمیں اپنے روزوشب اور اعمال و اقوال کا ازسرنو جائزہ لینے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے اور ہماری زندگیوں کو ہر طرح کی وباوں ، بلاوں اور آفات سے محفوظ فرمائیں۔

Global death rate is 20% now (and increasing fast). Things in Pakistan are already serious its just not reported enough. Please spread the awareness. People even doctors were initially joking about it as they compared it with seasonal flu, that time the death rate was 1% but look where it is now.

But that's not how the death rate is being calculated officially. Even WHO isn't using that method. It is always total deaths / total cases.
