Corporate workshops & trainings

Hi all,

I'm affiliated with a company in KHI that conducts corporate workshops and trainings. Lately it has become very difficult bringing in attendees and participants. No one wants to attend trainings anymore. What am I missing here? How does one market such a product? Any pointers from the pros of this industry would be highly appreciated!

the missing thing is motivation and ability to learn by the ' XACT ' like degree holders... ! ... spark / flame to learn and explore is blowing away from the nation looking for short cuts , good luck
