I am seeking assistance regarding maintenance for my Toyota Altis (2022 model with 20,000 kilometers on the odometer), a topic that I believe may also be of interest to others. I have been diligently maintaining my vehicle through authorized 3S dealerships. However, with the pervasive impact of inflation affecting every facet of life in Pakistan, the cost of car maintenance has risen significantly. Notably, OEM air and oil filters have become prohibitively expensive.
While I have a preference for genuine oil and oil filters procured from the dealership, the escalating prices have prompted me to consider alternatives. Specifically, the OEM air filter now exceeds a price of 7500 rupees. Remarkably, the dealership has offered the option to install aftermarket filters (both air and oil), and they have even proactively suggested this course of action.
Given this situation, I am seeking recommendations for aftermarket air filters that are deemed reliable and effective. Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.
