AoA.My passo is giving very low mileage plus it takes a lot of time to reach 60kph and then it goes no further.Took it for inspection and the mechanic said that its catalytic converter is clogged and demanded 5000 rs for cleaning.Does it really cost this much?
Mostly mechanic charge 3 to 4k for catalytic converter cleaning.

Cleaning charges of Catalytic converter of Passo is 1500 at Auto Reforms at Rawal Road Rwp, While Toyota Motors at I-9 Islamabad charges 3000 for its cleaning.
Go to motorclean lahore or Islamabad. Get it cleaned with proper machines in 3k. Acid or chemicals will ruin catalytic convertor.
