I'm not sure about Sunset Club, but the monthly fees for the Golf Club aren't too bad: about 20k per month.
The real killer price though is the new membership fee you have to pay; I don't know exactly what they're charging new members, but 20m is a number I've heard quite often.
My personal advice: again I can't say anything about Sunset Club, but first ask yourself why do you want to be a member? Do you want to play golf, then of course go for the golf club membership (you can even use that memberhsip to play at Karsaz and various other ocourses around Karachi). If you want to experience the best athletic facilities, then go for Creek Club. If you want to mingle with those in power, and make business contacts, then perhaps it makes more sense to join an older social club (which I think more akin to the character of Sunset Club.)
