Coure automatic not shifting gear from 2nd to 3rd gear

My coure automatic not changing gear from 2nd to 3rd even pushed to the maximum limit to 60kmph with hard throtle and low too..
Few days back i was decided to service its radiator thd guy said the radiator is leaked and the water goes into gear box after that day the car wasnt even shifting to 2nd gear... I replaced the whole contaminated transmission fluid with the new.. But still its not shifting to 3rd the rest is absolutely fine.

Need expert advice what should i do and also what should be the level of gear oil in litres.

Yes it was working fine i replaced the faulty radiator with the new one.. gear shift from 1st to 2nd is like perfect.

Wow, i never knew a small car such as cuore would have a transmission cooler. I've seen it only in SUVs, 4x4 Trucks etc.

There must be OBD codes popping up by now without which its all guess work. Get it scanned.
Check the fluid level; it may be underfilled

it took hard to shift to 3rd , I pressed gas pedal all the way down at 70 kmph and it shifts to 3rd and now shifting normally at 40kmph on light foot.

Stuck valve body...flush your ATF

knowing the lack of experience of automatic transmission service in Pakistan I can assure you the transmission still has water in it which will rust steel parts in the valve body. It doesnt help that cuore has bonded plastic apply pistons which can stall and bind too. (specially reverse)

every automatic car has ATF cooler otherwise life will be in mere hours. The big air/oil coolers on trucks are heavy duty - standard duty is the heat exchanger in the radiator tank.

flush it from cooler line - it holds about 6 litres only.

u mean to say flush radiator coolant and gear oil or just the gear oil ?
the guy flushed the contaminated gear oil and pour 1ltr of (khulla howa) gear oil to rinse out all the mixture before replacing with fresh one as well.

can you write the step by step of how your guy flushed the oil? and what was this "khulla gear oil" he used? - manual gear oil?

1.he drained the all the old oil.
2. added 2 litres of gear oil (Khulla oil means not branded but of the same color its was ATF) i asked him this needed he replied "Pani ager ho ga to is k sath nikal ayega" and asked to put the car in D Gear for a while then he flushed it out (not branded oil).
3.then he pour ZIC ATF 2.5 ltrs fresh oil.

so he only passed 4.5 litres of oil?

thats not enough for a water intrusion flush. Usually another flush is advised at 20 kms.

about 6 or 7 litres of oil per flush.
