salam everyone,plz let me know what is the meaning and background of a term CPLC CLEAR car continiously used in karachi (mostly).Thank you
@Raheel this term is used when you are buying car in karachi, buyer checks with cplc that car is not involved in any sort of crime. So cplc clear means not involved in any crime.
I have read in another thread about the text message to cplc and they will text you back about the history of the car.Anyone knows the exact process and the text number?
