I have been using Honda fit shuttle GP2 without cruise control variant I need to know whether ECU has already got the programming for Cruise Control or I have to buy a third party cruise control add on to install cruise control module. Please guide

I think the ecu already has the feature, you just need the buttons and wiring. There are many videos on youtube installing cruise in Honda Fit 2nd generation and fit shuttle gp2.
