Cruise control in city 2010!

They cant save on these lights coz these lights come fitted in these panels from abroad...another interestting fact to know wud be ...does the thai model of honda city have cruise control?

According to my info china version of city has cruise control dont know about thai.

Central locking has always been there in the City. But a powered driver's side door lock is only available in the Civic (aka power lock).

its available now (front and back arm rest,trunk light)with extra 5000 rs
however the central locking is already present from 2009 models

2010 silver coated panels
2011 armrests,trunk light,exhaust finisher

but i dont know whats the advantage of having a button as in gli and civic compared to city?
or the other way round whats the disadvantage of not having power button?

These minor things donnot set the "preference" level. If one donnot finds power door lock buttons then it doesnt mean that car is not worth buying. Its just our "choti choti khushyan"

yes i agree that it doesnt matter much,but i was looking for the idea behind not giving the separate button other than cost factor.
the same is the case with fuel lid opener.it opens as the driver side door is unlocked.

i dont see it in accords,crvs or the new civic abroad (May be a feature or cost cutting rip off :S)

I dont think so. Atleast this feature is not in our local civic. One has to open the fuel lid himself. Dont tell me its present in City?

In city we dont have a pull up opener hook (similar to that of boot opener) besides the driving seat just as in corolla and civic if i remember correctly

In city you have to unlock the driver side door to unlock the fuel lid opener and the the re filler can push it a bit to pop it open

Oh i get it now. No wonder this is not so good feature.

I think the power door locks opener button is quite useful...at least i used it a lot in my vitz...its just plain annoying not having that button now in my city...n the fuel lid....the push open thing isnt so bad at all i think its ok that drivers side door lock is the master control n fuel lid can be opened by just pushing it...btw watch the movie "just wright" n u'll know why im saying its a good feature
