Cruise Control installation in 2015 altis 1.6

I’ve just bought the Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6 model 2015, i just wanted to know that can I install cruise control kit in it or not, as one of my friends told me that it’s ECU doesn’t ve the option of cruise control

Was it driven less than 100,000 km and
Was it Islamabad registered?
