I am new to this forum, I own cultus 2006 model - VXR ..
Background:
Its an event of today when after a drive of around 30 km's I noticed my car was heating up, and upon reaching home it was soo overheated that despite of taking the keys out , engine didnt stop. I unplugged the 3 piston plugs on engine to stop it, and noticed the coolant in my radiator had flushed out from its upper cap. Upon checking It was found that the cap had decomposed and the whole coolant was leaking out of it, and fan was not working. After putting a new radiator cap and tweaking the wires of fan, issue's been resolved, but I am planning to take my car for a diagnostic checkup at suzuki motors for any other fault/abnormality.
Question:
1. What actions come into the diagnostic checkup of the entire cooling system?
2. Is there a good denting/painting workshop around johar town/township who dont exploit, use genuine paint and provide with reliable services.
