Cultus 2008 EFI Temperature

Assalam o alaikum

My cultus (2008, EFI) radiator fan was automatic but recently it stopped working and would only switch on when I turn on AC (or when I take off the grip from the temperature switch and make it direct). An auto-electician said its switch isnt working fine so I bought a genuine one (used of course from sadar). It works automatically now but turns on a little late i.e. when temperature needle is well above half mark only then its turns on and brings down the temperature.

Any idea what can be the issue and how to fix it?

Thermostat valve has it's own mechanism to open up. Whereas fan sensor is independent of thermostat. TV open as 88 degrees whereas fans starts a little later approximately at 92 degrees. I suggest you check both. Procedure for checking is given in attached pics
