NGK spark plugs are good, use the same in my Cultus 2008.
No need to change plug wires if the old ones are working fine keep using them. The plug wires available in market are of poor quality. Even if you have to change them, always check the resistance and then go for the ones with least resistance.
Along with the oils, just check your belts, if they have cracks, change them with proper size.
If your AC has not been serviced for a year or longer, go to any good AC mechanic and have it serviced, they would also change filters if needed. Universal AC in G-8 is good.
No need to go for fuel filters.
I am also looking and looking for past 3 years for a good tuning guy, never found anyone reliable yet. Usually they clean spark plugs and do a throttle body cleaning, but this is basic stuff and you can do it yourself as well.
