Cultus 2009 EFI , Radiator Water level down ! while increasing water in Reserve Bottle

Dear All,

I have Cultus 2009 EFI .Recently complete Engine overhaul. After some days I noticed that water is reducing from Radiator. I changed radiator cap also but problem still persist. No visible leakage seen from beneath or from any wholes or pipe. I also removed Heater Cores water intake. Now the final step left is of Gaskit replacement. Vehicle is not heating at any place. Fan is Direct. Also I have removed Thermostat Valve for check but water still decrease after some drive i.e. 30km 1 cup water level decrease, 80 Km drive almost one liter water decreased.

Important Point: Radiator water throw to Reserve Bottle
2nd : little Bubble in Radiator Water see below link video.
3rd : Radiator cap changed
4th: Heater pipes Disconnected.

Perfrom a block leak test to check health of head gasket

First off, bubbles in radiator might just mean that there is air stuck in the cooling system. Leave the cap open and let the bubbles escape for like 5 minutes. If there are still bubbles coming after 5 minutes of running, then probably your gasket is gone. Second thing, never ever keep your fan direct and remove the thermostat of the engine, these practices are "jugaars" that will eventually destroy the engine.
