Cultus 2011, suspension work

Hi guys, i have cultus 2011. I am having this issue that on rough roads there comes a noise like garr garr from the steering and under my feet, and also steering feels like it is moving sideways/vibrating.
I consulted my mechanic and he said that "Hissay ka kaam honay wala". He said that kanghee needs to be replaced and might be chimtaas also require replacement.Can you please guide me should i go for the replacement of these parts? Or there is some possiblity of repairing of these parts.

For suspension work aka hessa don’t repair any thing always replace the parts with new one even Chinese new ones will be better than repaired parts also note that not every mechanic can do suspension work perfectly look for some good mechanic in your city

I just got it repaired mine was having issues with the bushes for the steering assembly and the boots were also torn out also got the new bearing balls with rock ends changed the upper assembly was repaired by pressing.
1k for kharadiya
800 rack end
250 2 boots
and a chimta was replaced which costed me 1050
1k labor.

Just go for replacement of tie rods and rackends for ending of steering vibration and garr garr sound. If ball joints of kenchi are loose, have them pressed from a press machine and you are good to go. I really really doubt your kanghi or steering assembly is bad. This thing almost never go bad and that in such a new car as yours
