Cultus 2015 oil injector issue or something else

Aoa, I have suzuki cultus 2015 and meter reading is 25k only. Yesterday I was on motorway I saw engine oil warning sign and sound from crank (its my opinion, later mechanic confirmed it was from crank), I stop my car and find no reason but within 2 minutes motor way workshop car came and they told me there is no oil in engine and they put zic oil and advise me drive slowly 60-70km/h.
Now the problem is I want to know the reason why the oil finish? As there was no leakage.
2nd how to over come crank noise sound issue?

I discussed with different mechanics and suzuki showroom experts and feels that the problem is with fuel injector that may stopped working because the oil is not coming to the head.

Sincere suggestions are required.

Not understand link between low engine oil and petrol low level issue.

Check your pcv valve for engine oil burning. As you have to pour zic oil in crank. 25k meter reading is very low for such issue.

No pic of cultus efi pcv valve. Generally. Pcv valve is connected with air filter system on one side and engine block on other side

Fuel and oil are different
Crank issue would be caused by no oil or not enough oil.
But where all the oil went? Does your car emits smoke?

No brother, no smoke at all. I also have the same question where the oil went. That's why I create this post, maybe someone can help

When you did the last oil change?
Does oil drain bolt was tight?

Yes, it was tight, I drive 2200 km with it and there was no leakage
