Cultus 2018 and onwards fuel tank capacity 35L or 40L?

I have been driving my cultus for more than 30K Kilomters now. I have searched internet and saw the brochure of the new cultus and everywhere it says the tank capacity is 35L. However, I usually completey fill my car tank and it mostly goes above 35L usually 37 or 38L. Does the extra 5 liters are for reserve?

35L is safe capacity of tank. If you manually put extra petrol in your car. It may damage evap system. So. A small space should be left in tank for proper function of EVAP system.
