Bro, sorry by pictures I cannot judge bore size but as far as I know better stick stock one and do repairing by Lathe Machine shop
But by visuals, I think it is badly consuming oil as condition is very very bad
If u have budget why dont go for engine swap with 4 cylinder efi one?

Bhai efi is around 1 lac and not available in the market of cultus even assembly of carby is costing 47k in mithu khan
Engine was opened yesterday
Currently bore and piston are of .50 and crank is .25 engine is overhauled twice before this
Now i have 4 options
1.Assembly change
2.crank work ring head work full only piston and bore will remain same(current condition of crank can only be guessed by kharadia according to mechanic)
3.full overhaul including bore piston rings crank head work
4.change the glass of 3 bore or what ever it is called to standard size of 0 hence engine bore and piston of 0 will be used better efficiency etc etc
What is your recommendation with pros and cons and if you have better alternativemention it also.

Bore and piston of .50 sounds that ALREADY OVERHAULED so OK;no issue
Better go for Full overhaul including bore piston rings crank head work gaskit etc.

Also collect all A/c parts at one place & take pictures. I think u better leave that work for summer. I will give u better alternative option with SANDEN compressor. I have learnt lots of lesson in A/C works & compressors types so dont want any other to lost his hard earned money.

As said earlier, keep close eye at this stage.Specially look for Roof work
& after completion, 1st thing u do is Takaful Insurance of your car to minimize your burden & headache

Ac man is denter's brother he looks good at his work for now he is saying 5500 for duet compressor

I think 0.50 will be more better. Ask mechanic again

Is compressor Rotor based on Piston based?
BTW Say No to Duet compressor. Leave it for now.

Complete your denting painting then i will guide for Sanden or Lianden compressors(Piston based)

Block sleeving is almost never done right here in pakistan you could end up with a scraped engine block better bore it too 0.75mm

Kabli engines are gamble and g10a was discontinued long back there is hardly an chance of finding one in good nick a rebuilt engine will be as good as new engine if overhualed by a sensible mechanic

Please check my car condition i need some help regarding the paint work.
I was in favour of full paint but my father and denter's advice is to paint the damaged parts and new parts and let the remaining parts as such paint the roof half from where it is damaged and let the remaining part as such
Parts are
Engine location little bit from front
Both front fender
Full bonnet both sides with grill
Half roof
Right sides both doors( little bit paint is removed but it will require full paint then)
Both bumpers
Middle part of giggi only where logo are attached
-Now should i paint these with compounding after it for paint match
-full paint with shower
-oven baked new paint
I want to maintain looks of my car with resale
Give me pros and cons with bughet

I will vote for complete Oven Baked paint because color rematch will always be issue

Wether u get your car partial paint shower or full repaint, it has already lost its virginity i.e. Origanilty means already Lessen value around 25K.
People r very intelligent and they can easily judge accidented car.

So better get it full repaint otherwise color mismatch will further decrease your value more Lessen 15K to 20K in addition to previous 25K.

I don't have much expertise in paint department but you have mentioned a lot of items which needs paint, so its better to paint the whole car, otherwise there will be matching issues. It would be good if you can go for baked paint.

A good friend got his car oven baked plus denting in 45k that was in 2011 im worried that now rates would be touching the sky​

Denter almost finished the work 2 days remaining little bit roof work and finishing and full denting of body for small dent if going for full paint
Now i have two options
I have my father's painter and second is my denter's painter
Denter is quoting
17k for damaged parts painting as mentioned above
25 for full painting 15 to 20 days
My father painter is also quoting 25k for painting damage plus shower
Denter is in favour of damaged part painting he is giving gurantee of colour match by laquer and compounding etc and saying that painting fully the car will decrease its resale and im in worry that that if i will go for damaged painting only it may not match colour properly
How my denter did the denting work? stil roof need finishing
Should i go for full painting or damaged parts only?
