Cultus AGS Production Closing?

I went to Suzuki North Motors to inquire about Cultus AGS and a guy named Mr Ather told that company is not producing Cultus AGS anymore.
Does anyone have info regarding this or he was just trying to sell his "Suzuki certified" used one (PKR 1.7 mil) ???

A friend booked last month..and dealership was asking for on money. He is waiting till August for his car delivery.

No dear no news as such.he is just lying..cultus AGS is running successful.. Pak Suzuki never close its production.. Try some other dealership.

They might be pushing out Swift or for time being. Cultus AGS is definitely short. Last month someone in meezan bank was also saying AGS nae derae.

But this doesnt means they are discontinuing it. Just a temporary short fall probably.

Ags costs nothing to pak suzuki. Its totally same as the manual variant only a mini actuator on top of manual tranny and different cluster meter thats about it. Its not like they are mating a whole new auto tranny with same engine.

I've booked AGS in mid of March this year, and delivery is delayed by more than 21 days now. I'm still waiting...

Excuses:
1. Shortage on AGS system.. Need to import - 2 Months ago
2. System/Part imported now releasing the pending orders first and they stopped taking new orders - 1 Month ago
3. New cosmetic changes coming to Cultus so please wait... you will get new feature/changes in same price. - This week.

Nope. Actually I had a phone call and only informed about cosmetic changes in general.

Yup I went to Suzuki and they said "bookings are on hold"

I went to book a AGS last week in Suzuki Gujranwala Moters and then they company has stoped AGS booking, Ab Ya to bohat demand ki wali Car ki booking band hoti hai ya phir demand less ki. i think AGS falls in second catagory. coz roads par kabhi nai dekhi.

Bookings are being stopped till new prices get announced. Indus has also stopped bookings of all Toyota models..wirh immediate effect. Expect a heft price increase and bookings will start again

One dealer told me k 15 july tuk...and he said k first week of july mn phone krna...Agr AGS mn kui issue hota tu AGS tu Alto mn bhe aaya h suzuki ka...I think kuch changes hun ge.. may be minor hun.. but possible h k GAP day kr price barha dain ?

This week means current week that ends on 23 June.
They promised to deliver by 30 June for an order that was supposed to be delivered on 30 May.

@anwaraziz2014, did you book AGS? When? Tentative date? City?

PS. they said no extra charges will be collected since I paid full payment in mid March because dealer promised delivery in one month

Ags has no issue. It's used around the world...sab prices. Ki game hai...

My case is approved by bank.When I went to bank with bank drafts ( down payment) .. Banker said.. Cultus manual book kra lo ya firr wait kro.. I don know kitna wait krna ho ga.. I got info from 2 AGS owners they said..AGS is going good.. Do you think booking will open or they are managing CULTUS AGS for only those who already have booked.

I dont think 60 to 70 ...coz then CUSTOMER will shift to other cars.
