Cultus air resonator

I was installing a bolt on the cultus bumper when the resonator fell out of place i reinstalled it but noticed that it was not well adjusted .the pipe that attaches to the inner side of the air intake was loose I could feel it and other pipe was open should it be closed

Why do you think that S shape intake should be blocked closed?

It might just look confusing because of the shape, but if the S-shaped pipe is part of the intake path, it definitely shouldn’t be blocked. Better to double-check the fit and any loose connections.

Yes
Its not a resonator. Its a cold air intake provided from the factory. That s shape pointed down is to prevent water ingress, fhere is a drain hole too. It is also to prevent the induction roar noise.

The joints are to be lined with foam to ensure a good seal to prevent noise
