Well one way to check t valve is start car in morning and the upper big hose(pipe ) of radiator press if you feel it is pressurized then it means water is flowing without restriction so no t valve is present...but if presure builts up slowly after 5-10 minutes it means if u have t valve in system.
You need to get auto fan set by a electrician and make sure the wire of auto fan is properly set with tape and its not lose.
If accidentally it gets disconnected you can face heatup issues.

nope, I use on petrol only, btw service manual suggests to use 6* for ignition timing

Which side is better in terms of pick and acceleration?
I just asked him to set timing and he set at 10 degrees so far going good.

Aoa Gul hassan sb. Read your reply regarding the low mileage and mechanic contact. Iam owning 2002 cultus Japanese one ,its carburetor and giving less mileage say about 9 to 10 on ac .pls can u guide me the mechanic that you use and from which u had 14 15 km /l average. Thnx

Suzuki Cultus 2017 to running model has KD10 Engine, its amazing in fuel economy, even you can compare it with hybrids, its gives 20+kml on long and atleast 14kml with in the city. Its depends on your accelator foot but still it has a good average.
