Pak Suzuki cancelled my Booking for Cultus vxl. I already paid full amount 1845000/- Now how to get that money back. Talked to dealer but his response was not satisfactory. He says it is very slow process. We initiated the process But they do not tell anything.Does anyone have idea after how many days our amount is refunded? Does anyone else is facing the same issue?
It looks like lots of people vxl variant has been cancelled. From where did you did your booking. I think it takes about a month to get your money back
I booked from Islamabad. Regarding money back they are not committing any date :(. Not sure when they will return.
I also submitted a demand draft late August. Got a canceled demand draft back a couple of days ago.
You have to go and submit the cancelled demand draft to your bank and the amount gets refunded instantly
But how to get cancelled demand cheque? Dealer days money has been transferred to pak Suzuki account and now they will issue cheque on your name. Donot know when they will issue cheque.
The dealer did tell me I'm lucky my payment didn't go through else I would've had to wait a month or two to get my money back.
I guess you can call their regional office and inquire about details
