Cultus Carb: Default Idle Adjustment

Salam Everyone,

I want to go by the book in adjusting my Cultus' idle settings.

Problem:
1. When engine is turned on (ignition given) then the RPM lingers around 300,400 and after 8-10 seconds, slowly comes to the set line of 1100 rpm.
2. A few days ago after oil change (dont know if the chota touched it) but the RPM was on 1400 but the engine idles very good with ignition. So I know that the problem maybe with idle setting and no butterfly cutting or sort.

Question:
There are two scews on the carburetor. i.e. Idle Mixture and Idle Speed (ref 1).
I want to know the ideal positions (factory default) for these screws so I can see what is working and what is not.

In other words, I want to know like, 2-1/2 turns from fully closed is the default setting (example)

Look for the service manual on the internet but you don't need it. When tuning a carburetor trial and error is the best way to go! Keep on adjusting the screws until you reach the optimum settings! Well I may be wrong but too me sounds like a butterfly-throttle problem!

@malik94 thats what I am doing now. Everyday just changing the settings a little bit and see what happens.
