Hi i have a cultus 2004 carburetor. It is giving me average of exactly 8 - 9 kmpl ... please some one help ... this average is very bad and killing me ...

recently got my carb completely serviced .. bought a new air filter ... i changed the spark plugs almost a year ago ... what else could be it ???
