Cultus carby heating problem with Auto fan

I have cultus 2007 carby car. When i bought it in may last year the fan was already direct. In October 2018 I tried to run it on auto fan however the coolant/water started boiling and pouring from the discharge pipe of reservoir bottle with radiator, the temperature needle was in the middle. I put back the fan to direct and again put it to auto in December till February, it worked fine.
The problem is that now I turned it again to auto a week ago in extreme cold weather but the same boiling thing happened and coolant/ water started pouring from the discharge of reservoir. I know cons of running vehicle on direct and want to run it with auto fan throughout the year. Pl help.

Does it has Thermostat valve install? people who run there car with direct fan, they also take out the tstat valve as well. Secondly, Does it do everytime or just one time? I hope you dont full reservoir bottle and just keep it to the maximum level.

It doesn't has T valve.
I fill the reservoir slightly below the max level

Check you radiator cap and and the radiator it-self, in this weather your car should be heating up at all.
Are you using water or coolant and if coolant which brand?

Also get the timing of you auto Fan checked?

Last year October it happened after a few days driving. But last week it happened on the very first drive after putting the fan to auto

With direct fan In hot summers with ac the needle rises to middle but never heat up, without ac upto 20 percent and now a days in winter remains below 0 percent

Have serviced the radiator in summers. Using coolant named osaka with 20 80 coolant water ratio. Will check radiator cap.
Radiator gup check auto fan time visually and said it fine.

Note the timing on your stopwatch from start to the fan getting turned on and note the seconds... The fan usually kicks in at 90 degrees temp yours is turning on later.

Also, the coolant you are using is crap mere Bhai, it will choke the radiator. Next time change the coolant to Caltex Xtended life but two bottles of Xtended life and 2ltr of RO water mix and pour and bleed the system of air. Offcourse after getting the radiator serviced....

The coolant you're using is worse than useless. Also, you are supposed to mix it in a 60:40 ratio.

Have you properly bled the cooling system?

bhai sometime auto switch was faulty and it is switching on the fan on higher temp.. (i.e. more than on 80 or 90 degrees)
2ndly check radiator fan speed, radiator cap and radiator chocking.

Will change the coolant but the question is why it got heat up in this cold weather? Whether the engine needs some maintenance or the cooling system is not working perfectly?

Pl guide whether new radiator cap from local market will work perfectly or any brand?
Pl also tell how to verify the temperature at which the fan turns on and how to check the fan speed

Will the installation of T-stat valve not harm the engine/ gaskit, When the cooling system is already not working properly even without T-stat valve?

i think its better to purchase kabli cap from any old japani radiator shop.
2ndly try to suck water from pipe comming from radiator on cool engine, if u cant suck it means cap is perfectly fine else..

thermostat switch ko chk krne k lye desi tareeqa krna paray ga, thermostate ko gadi se nikalo or boil water mei daalo with connecting multimeter n chk whether it is switching or not, or jb on hojai tw usi waqt thermometer se water temperatue chk krlo.

for fan speed check how much volts is coming in fan wire, if it is around 12 then compare its speed with same model car manually

Thanks. I checked again today by putting the fan to auto. The needle kept on rising and atlast when it reached slightly above the middle, the reservoir bottle started throwing boiled water. The fan didn't turn on at all. I turned the switch off. I turned on the switch again immediately (without starting the car) the fan started. Does it indicates faulty thermostat switch or anything else?
Any procedure to check thermostat switch without removing it, like thru multimeter?
will look for a kabli radiator cap. How can I check whether that will be usable or not?

replace the relay activating fans, in the electrical box of engine bay. before you do anything else.

Your car have head gasket issue, the most common problem of Suzuki engines.

I had a similar problem with my Khyber a month ago - the temperature needle went up with no thermostat in place. Eventually oil and water started mixing.

I took it to a workshop; turned out the headgasket was fine, it was a different issue with the cooling system. @dani_kk

Your fan is not starting as it should. Check the relays first. Rule out anything electrical the. Move towards diagnosing mechanical faults if any.

Before coming to any conclusions of head gasket failure the bubbling you are mentioning in the reservoir may just be trapped air and the fan not start on time is making it worse under.
