How to adjust cultus carby mixture and how to increase performance within small budget

I would like to add that I have a 3 cylinder carby cultus 2002 and am also interested in this. I am more flexible with budget. Make it different steps that I can take to increase average. I am currently getting 8-10 km/l without AC. and 6-8 with AC.
Not letting this die.
I am also having same issue Carbuerator cultus with pathetic average though I have already spent almost 15k pkr on Carbuerator which also include changing with kabli carb

Suna hay 14 km/l tak mil jata hay, lucky logon ko
Mujhay racein nae lagani pick thori kam bhee ho ta chalay ge.
For a carby cultus, the average with a.c. within city is around 9 to 9.5 km/l...this is what I am getting from my 2005 cultus.
